The company’s products are covered by a two-year warranty.

Warranty Service Conditions

Warranty service applies to products with manufacturing defects.
Repairs are carried out by the COMPANY provided that a fully and correctly completed warranty card is presented.

Warranty service does not apply to furniture that has been modified or altered without prior approval.

Warranty service also does not apply to furniture whose defects have arisen due to the following reasons:

• improper use, careless handling, mechanical damage, thermal damage, or damage caused by moisture;

• relocation or reinstallation of already installed furniture;

• repairs or attempts to modify the furniture carried out by unauthorized persons;

• penetration of foreign objects, liquids, or insects into the furniture;

• use of cleaning agents containing abrasives (sand), acetone, solvents, or other corrosive substances.

Product transportation costs are covered by our company only within the city of Yerevan.
